Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an effective form of medical treatment that has been around for over 2,000 years. Since then it has evolved into a complete holistic health care system. Acupuncture uses energy that circulates throughout the body along well-defined pathways to promote natural healing. The effectiveness of acupuncture is well documented and extends far beyond the conception that is only useful for chronic pain or as an analgesic. Acupuncture is also effective for internal disorders, addiction withdrawal symptoms, and the treatment of immune dysfunction. Many athletes have discovered that acupuncture treatment helps them achieve optimum performance. It is a safe, painless, and effective way to treat a wide range of medical conditions.
Dr. Diana Choe
Dr. Diana Choe is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of New Jersey and New York. She is Board Certified by NCCAOM and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr. Choe has received her Master's degree in Acupuncture at the Eastern School of Traditional Medicine and her Doctorate at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She also has interned at East Orange VA Hospital mainly working with patients suffering from trauma and PTSD. Dr. Choe is highly trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and also has extensive knowledge in treating orthopedic and gastrointestinal issues. Most importantly, Dr. Choe strives to provide compassion, commitment, and quality of care for her patients.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the use of tiny, disposable, sterile needles that are placed gently into specific points on the body.
Moxibustion
Dried mugwort leaves are placed on acupuncture points and then burned as a warming and stimulating technique.
CUPPING
Using glass or bamboo cups, it creates a vacuum for increasing circulation or to expel toxins.
MASSAGE
Acupressure/ Tuina is a massage technique that stimulates the meridians, facilitating blood flow and relieving tension.
